TNR SUCCESS STORY
We faced many challenges in 2020 but we stayed true to our mission to ensure our beloved community cats are all neutered and vaccinated.
We assisted with spay and neuter of 754 community cats. Of those, over 100 made it to a rescue and were adopted to safe, indoor homes.
How did we do it?
We held a Flower Power online fundraiser.
We held an online Pampered Chef Party.
We held an online TNR t-shirt fundraiser.
We asked Amazon shoppers to use Smile.
We participated in 2 blood drives.
We held a holiday raffle event.
We held a Fall Yard Sale
We collected and sold donated items on Facebook Marketplace and Poshmark.
We held several online Facebook fundraisers.
We sold custom CSC 2020 calendars.
To all who helped by participating in any of our events, THANK YOU! Finding funds to pay for 754 kitties was not easy but we did it!
Number of cat spay and neuters we have partially or fully funded since the beginning:
2016- 450 cats
2017- 700 cats
2018- 775 cats
2019- 582 cats
2020- 754 cats
Note: Numbers do not include cats we assisted but were paid for by other grants or individuals.
Since we started, in 2016, our tiny group has assisted 3,261 cats!!!! 🎉🎉🐾🐾🎉🎉🐾🐾
